HOW WE RUN IT

What Keeps Our Live Poker Channel Straight

We work only with studio providers who publish their shuffling and dealing protocols. Every live poker stream runs through encrypted feeds and the dealing outcomes are logged server-side — so if a dispute comes up, there's a record to check against, not a he-said-she-said.

Certified Studio Providers

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both carry independent certification on their dealing systems. We don't host uncertified tables — the studios have to meet our vetting before going live.

Encrypted Live Streams

Every video feed between the studio floor and your device runs over SSL encryption. What you see on screen is the live deal — no tampering between camera and client.

Server-Side Hand Logs

Each hand dealt in our poker channel is recorded on our servers with a timestamp and outcome. Dispute a result and we pull the log — it's not a manual review, it's a data check.

Transparent Bet Ranges

Stake limits are shown on the table card before you sit. We don't hide the min/max behind a loading screen — what you read on the lobby tile is what the table runs.

POKER HELP DESK

Get Help While You're at the Table

If something interrupts your live poker session — a disconnection, a stalled stream, or a hand that didn't resolve — our support team is reachable through live chat and email. We keep poker-specific queries separate so they move faster.

Live Chat During Play Open the chat widget from inside any live poker table. Describe the hand or stream issue and our team picks it up without making you leave the table lobby.
Disconnection Recovery If your connection drops mid-hand, the round resolves automatically by the table's rules. Contact support with your hand ID and we'll confirm the outcome against our server logs.
Account Wallet Queries For chip balance questions tied to your JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit, share your transaction reference in the support form and we'll trace it to your poker account wallet.

Explore What Our Live Poker Lobby Carries

Our live poker channel pulls tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios known for stable HD streams and consistent dealing speeds. You'll find classic Texas Hold'em cash tables alongside Casino Hold'em variants that pay on a single hand. Each table shows the current bet range before you sit, so you can pick a stake level that fits your session.

Squeeze your cards on the same phone you use for your JazzCash wallet — the interface scales cleanly on Android and iOS without any pinching or re-loading. Players in Lahore reach the lobby in a couple of taps after logging in.

Live Poker Terms Worth Knowing

Quick definitions for the words you'll see at our live tables — useful whether you're coming in fresh or just need a reminder before sitting down.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the house rather than other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand from two hole cards and five community cards; the stronger hand wins.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

A mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em your ante opens the round, and an optional bonus side bet sits beside it. The ante is the stake you risk on that single hand.

What is a side bet in live poker?

An optional wager separate from the main hand, settled on a specific card combination like a flush or pair plus. It pays regardless of whether you beat the dealer on the main round.

What does 'fold' mean?

Choosing to exit the hand and surrender your ante rather than place a call bet. Once you fold, that round ends for you and the dealer reveals the outcome for remaining hands only.

What is a call bet?

The second wager placed after seeing your hole cards. In Casino Hold'em it is typically twice the ante. Placing the call bet means you want to see the full five community cards against the dealer.

What does RTP mean at a live poker table?

Return to Player — the theoretical percentage paid back over a very large number of hands. Live Casino Hold'em RTP is shown on the table information panel only when the provider publishes it.
